This part scared me and also had me debating about even starting the blog. They gave me a "sold" sticker. We have already made all these choices. We have chose options and picked add ons. I couldnt help but worry "What if we dont get the loan?!?!?!"
We finally touched base with NVR and talked to them today. We received the stack of papers awaiting our signatures. I was preemptive took all of the listed / required paperwork with me. All the preliminary calculations look great, and we were told we will not have any problems. after all these are signed I was told it will go to underwriting.
