Decision Made June 14th 2013 (Pictures)

We decided to do it! We moved to Illinois 2 years ago. We have a very large family of eight. We knew we were going to purchase a home but the reality is most houses are simply too small. My husband and I talked and dreamed about building our own home long ago when we first met. I never dreamed we would actually have the opportunity to do it!

 When taking one of our children to a sleepover we drove through a Ryan community. I loved the neighborhood immediately. It was a few days later, on a whim my husband and I drove through the sub and decided to walk through the Naples model. It was love at first sight and we met Tessa the community Rep. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this dream was not out of reach! 

We were not yet quite ready for our move, we were still preparing our finances and have a current lease I want to finish. It would take a little more time and effort but we already had wishes for the perfect lot. My husband and I have been waiting and praying. We sent out all of the positive prayers, vibes and intentions we could and have been saving our money in hopes to build a new home in Illinois.

Now here we are a few months after that first glimpse. We were in love with the Naples model. The timing is right and we have finally saved the money we will need. Tessa, our representative called , with a miracle of cooperative timing our perfect lot opened up today and yes, we made a reservation. “ We will need a table for eight (going on nine) please!”
