October 21, 2013 Pre-drywall

Insulation going up. We had a pre-drywall meeting today. We walked through the home with our project manager. There were a couple things that needed fixed with the electrical. We had ordered 3 extra outlets in the garage that were not there yet. They are being added. There was also an extra outlet upstairs in our bedroom in an odd place. They are fixing that and flipping it to laundry room. We will get to keep the additional outlet and it is being made more useful by flipping it to laundry room. We got our closing date, we take possession on Dec 20th closing, Dec 21st - moving party!

October 18, 2013 Electrical done!

This week they worked on electrical and dug a trench for the sump drainage. We have our pre-drywall meeting arranged for Monday. Things are moving smoothly and Im already in love with the house!

October 7, 2013 - Cement

Cement floor and outdoor steps poured. They are also working on HVAC and plumbing. Due to wet cement I could only get outside pictures today.
