We locked in our interest rate  and walked through the house again today. 26 days until close!

November 21, 2013 .... Life!

As a lover of nature great and small imagine my happiness and joy as I drove by the house and saw life! That is right the first residents have arrived in the form of small trees and shrubberies. I am thrilled and I admit I can already imagine them matured in our yard in the future years.

On a buisness note I talked to NVR today and we are preparing to lock in an interest rate. The bright side the rates have been dropping so we are hoping to get a good one.

Closing in 29 Days!!!!

November 18, 2013 Front door.

They painted the front door. It looks a little blotchy but this could be due to several reasons, wet paint, cold weather, frost etc. I want to see it again in a day or so and see what it looks like but I do like the color overall.

Nov 16, 2013 Soil and outside paint trim.

They brought in more soil and leveled out the yard. They also painted the outside trim and side doors. The house looks wonderful!!!

October 14th, 2013 - Exterior Lighting

The exterior lighting is up and the outside of the house looks stunning!
